  • Learn practical and relevant coping skills that they will actually use! These skills will help your teen manage big feelings skillfully.

  • Gain perspective and positive feedback from peers who will hold each other accountable and keep each other on track to meet goals (most times more quickly than in individual therapy).

  • Find peer acceptance and practice healthy communication skills to help them manage the emotional ups and downs.

     

    Help your teen go from Stressed to supported and skillful with group!

    Groups are Weekly and 60 minutes in Length

    Middle School - 12-14y/o High School - 14-17y/o Young Adult - 18-22y/o
